In 2008 Ofcom
Proposes drastic changes to Telephone Numbers in the UK. Until
now many businesses have used 0870 numbers to divert customers
calls to their chosen destinations. However in 2008 Ofcom will
reduce the cost of calling an 0870 number by such an extent that
businesses will have to pay to divert calls through 0870

Service Description: This is the
ultimate pay monthly diversion service that allows you to
divert an 0844 number to Departments defined by you that
terminate to either to a Landline or to a mobile, or
international landlines and mobiles. The service comes with a
state of the art Online Control Panel with Built in Wizard, that allows you to easily
setup a fully functional Template for your Switchboard. The
Template can then be Personalised with your own voice files
which van be recorded via the Telephone or Uploaded via Voice
Files (WAV)
Service Features: The 0844 Switchboard Number
can be setup with a single department or multiple departments
(Up to 7), You can specify your own Greetings for each
Department, Specify the function of the Department, and Setup
Smart Hunt Groups within each Department. The
Live Answering
Service can be added to any of the Departments (Extra
Charges Incurred), and is particularly valuable in any Sales
Orientated Departments. Information Messages can be recorded (up
to 7 minutes) and assigned as a department (ie Press 6 for
details of our latest products.
The Caller Announcement Feature can be
enabled on any of the numbers in any Department, allowing the
Receiver to Identify the nature of the call before connecting to
the caller. Voicemail to Email is available within Each
Department.
The Switchboard has an inbuilt Scheduler which
determines the Opening Times of the Switchboard. Call Statistics
and Message Log are viewable online which allows you to review who called (Full CLI
if not withheld), Time & Date of the Call, Where the call was
diverted to, whether a message was left on Voicemail, and the
Cost of the Call. SMS Notification of messages can be enabled at
just 7p per message. Low
Account Balance Alerts available. Auto Top Up of Credit
available.
