criteria:
- You must have a valid email address
not issued by any Free Email
Services (e.g Yahoo, Gmail, Googlemail, Hotmail, etc.)
- You must have a valid credit card/debit card
registered at the address you wish to use.
- If you wish to pay by Direct Debit you must first
setup the account by credit card, and hold a UK Bank Account
- You must pay a £10 deposit.
- If Resident outside the UK YOU MUST SHOW proof of ID
