When the call is diverted to a department, the person receiving the call immediately knows that the call is designated for the Department stated BEFORE they connect to the caller.

This allows you to Screen calls before connecting them. Each Department can have its own Smart Hunt Group, and Voicemail. Departments can be set up to work entirely differently to others. Information lines with Recorded information such as New Products, or Your Address, or your website address can be setup as supplementary options.
