offers the ability to have your calls answered by a real person,
however they differ in price and level of service offered.
The Basic Live Answering Service is suitable for businesses
with either a small volume of calls, or with a requirement to
have 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year cover. Whilst our
Personal Assistant Service is more sophisticated,
and is suitable for business with requirements of a more personalised service including Order
Processing, remote Sales support, remote Technical Support,
brochure requests, etc.
We offer 2 types of Live Answering Service:
- Basic Live Answering Service
(Virtual Receptionist) £19.95 per month. Calls answered in your company
name, messages taken, and delivered to you via SMS and
Email. Includes 15 messages per month. Extra messages
charged at £1.25 per message. Available 24 hours a
day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year. A simple
effective virtual receptionist solution.
- Personal
Assistant Services (Remote) - 2-3 named personal
assistants who work as part of your team, Every call
answered in your company name. An inclusive amount of
messages which are relayed immediately by your choice of SMS,
Email or Fax. No charges for unsolicited calls.
