days a week, 365 days a year. The skilled receptionist will
answer the call in your Company Name and encourage the caller to
leave his name, telephone number and brief message. The message
along with the callers Name and Telephone Number will be emailed
and SMS'd to you immediately.
Service Features: Can be used with any
of our Voice Products, or on its own (using BT Divert or
similar) with your existing Telephone. Single fixed cost per
message received. You get 15 messages
FREE each month.
Service Benefits: While callers may be
reluctant to leave a message on voicemail, our highly trained
operators are experts at getting people to talk, ensuring that
sales leads are not lost when you're unavailable, while giving
callers a very good impression of your company. Callers will be

will receive a Telephone Number to which you can divert
calls. This number will connect directly to a live operator.

Our service will divert calls when you
are not available to a LIVE call centre, where the call will
be answered using your chosen Salutation.

The operator will then give your chosen
reason for you not being able to take the call personally.

You can divert calls to your Callsure dmAnswers service from
any other phone number which supports a controllable divert
destination feature. This means the service can be used with
BT's Call Diversion (automatic call divert) feature, as well

standard to UK mobile numbers.

Notification of calls (including the callers name, contact
number and a short message) is sent as soon as the call is
finished, by your choice of SMS, email, or both. You receive
any messages whenever you check your email or check your
phone for new SMS text messages.

None, This is a fixed cost service, and the amount of
information that can be customised must be kept to an
absolute minimum so that our operators can give a flawless
service time and again.
Callsure dmAnswers? personnel are told to give callers a
time-frame in which to expect a reply. My workload and
availability varies, so can I change this time-frame at any
time?
We recommend that you respond to messages as quickly as
possible, but give callers the expectation that someone will
get back to them in a reasonably short timeframe (like the
next day).
