Our Professional Voice Artist will record a welcome message to use with
your Telephone Service, the cost is £15 plus VAT per Prompt
To request a Voice Over please send us an email with the exact
requirements to the email address at the bottom of this page.

Format of the Voice Prompt: i.e: MP3, RM, WAV etc
If the voice prompt is to be used on
a number purchased from us, please indicate the Telephone Number
it will be used on.

Please give a contact number if there are any Voice
Prompts that contain difficult words or describe how to
pronounce any difficult words.
We will then confirm the cost of the Voice Over.
A Typical Voiceover prompt will cost £15 plus VAT and an
example can be seen below.:
"Welcome to ABC Limited, the premier supplier of Alphabet
Letters, Please note that all calls are recorded for security
purposes, you now have 3 options, press 1 for sales, 2 for
accounts, and 3 for support"
If you need multiple voice prompts there is a charge for each
prompt recorded, and this will be indicated in our confirmation
email to you.
We will record to your exact specification, if you require
changes after the message has been recorded, you will be
required to pay again for re-recording fees.
We will, depending on your requirements:
- send you a Voice File to use with your service
- or Record the Prompt directly into your phone service if
you have an Access Number that allows for this.
- or if the Telephone Number you want to use the service
on has a Control Panel where we can record the Prompts
directly into
