Listening to voice messages can be terribly inefficient and

By converting voice messages into text and delivering the voice
message as an email or via our API interface the processing of

We also convert structured messages into text using or IVR
(Interactive Voice Response) platform. So for example an
insurance company might ask a client at the end of a call with
one of its agents to answer a short customer satisfaction
questionnaire which would involve asking the client to grade the
agent from 1 to 5 by pressing a key on their dialling pad and
then to leave a verbal comment. The quality score would be
captured and passed back along with the comment which is
converted into text, via our API interface or email.

runs on a month to month basis.

Voice messages delivered as emails only are charged in units of
160 characters that are transcribed, instead of per text message
sent.
API
API users typically have
much higher volumes of traffic and therefore pricing is agreed
on a case by case basis.
